Hello Clients!

As many of you know, we are getting ready for our move into our new space. We do not have a set date yet, as we are waiting on some details and final inspection, but rest assured, we will make sure everyone knows when that move is taking place!
      
In the meantime, there are some changes to the way you will be booking your appointments. As we make this transition, we are also changing our business model slightly, so now your stylists will all be independent contractors working at Small Talk Salon. Don’t worry, we are still very much a team and will always work together to give you the best salon experience possible, but it does mean a change in how we will communicate with you. Going forward, effective immediately, you will reach out directly to your stylist to book appointments as they will each be in charge of their own scheduling.  You can use our website appointment request link if you’d like, but your reply will be coming from your stylist themselves, vs a general reply from the business.

Listed below are the phone numbers and email addresses for your stylist.  Please save that contact information for future correspondence. Once we are in the new space, the old salon number will not be monitored as closely.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

Also, as part of this change, if you are a client of Rhiannan’s, you may receive notice of your appointment being moved into her booking system, called Gloss Genius. All of your current appointments will be honored, so don’t be alarmed; she will just be importing them into her new system in the coming days.
